We recently completed the manufacturing, inspection, and shipment of a dry cooler to the United States. The unit is designed for a high-temperature (HT) cooling system, with the overall system design and major components fully compliant with UL standards, meeting local safety and application requirements.

The dry cooler provides a cooling capacity of 385 kW and operates with 25% ethylene glycol solution as the cooling medium, making it suitable for applications requiring freeze protection and stable long-term operation. The power supply is 460V / 3Ph / 60Hz, fully aligned with North American electrical standards for seamless on-site installation and commissioning.

During the engineering stage, the unit was configured specifically for the project’s operating conditions. The HT system design ensures reliable heat rejection performance under elevated process temperatures. In addition, the unit is equipped with an isolation switch as standard, allowing safe operation and convenient maintenance in accordance with local engineering practices.

From technical confirmation and fabrication to final inspection, the project followed strict internal quality control procedures. Prior to shipment, the dry cooler underwent visual inspection, structural verification, and functional checks to ensure reliability during transportation and subsequent operation.
