Dry coolers are the most cost-effective way to dissipate heat from immersion cooling systems.
Immersion cooling, also known as liquid immersion cooling, submerges computer components or entire servers in a thermally conductive but nonconductive liquid (dielectric coolant), which offers higher heat transfer properties than air and many other advantages.

Immersion Container
Each container can hold up to 120 mining machines, a total of 2 20GP containers, and 240 mining machines.
The total heat exchange capacity is 900-960KW.
In our solution, the coolant enters the dry cooler directly from the tank.
We use pumps and hoses, and no plate heat exchangers.
Customized for different coolants, including BC888, dielectric fluid, Shell S3X, S5X, etc.
Immersion Tank System
After the coolant flows out of the dry cooler, it cools the mining machine in the immersion tank through the inlet pipe which has small holes, and then returns to be cooled again through the red water outlet pipe.

Mining machines consume a considerable amount of electricity and release it as heat during calculations and mining operations. As the workload of mining machines is high, their heat generation increases accordingly.
To ensure proper device functioning and prevent overheating issues, appropriate cooling measures need to be taken, such as using cooling systems, strategically arranging equipment, and increasing ventilation and cooling devices. These measures help effectively manage the heat generated by mining machines, enhancing device performance and stability.
